MaceMark Access Consultants is an established consultancy offering practical advice on providing accessible services under the Equality Act 2010. We work to the social model of disability and the principles of inclusive design. Our unique multi-disciplinary approach employing both construction and occupational therapy professionals ensures our advice is achievable and holistic. We offer the following services:

Advice on commissioning accessible buildings; Advice and problem solving to achieve inclusive access for disabled people to transport, landscapes and buildings; Expert design appraisals; Comprehensive Access Statements; Access Audits; Disability Awareness and Access Auditor training; Bespoke design and standards training; Housing adaptations for disabled people; Occupational therapy assessment for housing adaptations.

We have significant experience working with clients from both the public and private sectors, assisting with negotiations on listed buildings or working within conservation areas and involvement with new sporting venues including the application of Sports England Standards.
