Your Direction Ltd offer several services for adults with disabilities and learning disabilities supporting with their personal goals and the Personalisation Agenda. We offer social evening, supported holidays, community activity support and a broker service assisting individuals paying for care provision. •The Brokering service provides employee management for individuals in receipt of Direct Payments or paying for personal care. •The Social Events & Community Support service offers a range of exciting and engaging activities that members can attend, with the full support required of the individual. •The Supported Holidays service offers clients the opportunity to participate in a supported holiday from our brochure or enabling clients to design their own holidays as they wish.
